Who is EUROVIA?

EUROVIA an association that is revitalising the pilgrimage culture in Europe. Under the slogan "ways for humans" we show that the experience of a pilgrimage has positive effects on the private and vocational everyday life. Our activities are aligned to facilitate the entrance to a pilgrimage. This old kind of the travel with its intensive experiences becomes ever more popular (approx. 100,000 Pilgrim in one year). The traveller does not need much money, but time the most valuable property 21 of the century. To discover Europe and yourself by walking is a challenge for body and soul. This site should be helpful to prepare for such a journey.

The association as information platform
EUROVIA issues pilgrim identity cards for the via Francigena , publishes descriptions of way, maps,  books, DVD's, picture volumes and other publications about health effects (more than sport...). Proceeds come the structure of the ways to property.
In forums everyone can describe its experiences and pass useful tips on to others.

A pilgrimage gives strength and opens new perspectives, which enrich the private and vocational everyday life.
