"Health for Body and Soul",
EUROVIA presents information on how we can more easily gain access to resources of mental and physical strength.
The aim of our work is to help people regain their own autonomy. We are convinced that people are completely aware of what is necessary for them. We intend to illuminate the paths for people to find their own bodily consciousness. Through developing a sense of bodily consciousness, we are enabled to move in a way which is more efficient, as well as being better for the body. This is often the basis for performing sports with joy and ease. It is also a topic of great importance for pilgrims.
A lack of bodily awareness can result in increased risk of strains and injuries.
